1. Digital Products (Webinars & Online Events)
- No physical shipping is required for webinars, online courses, or other digital services.
- After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours containing the webinar access details (Zoom link/meeting ID or login information).
- If you do not receive the confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us at Contact Us Page.
2. Physical Products (Future Orders)
- We currently deliver across India.
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
- Delivery timelines usually range from 5–7 business days, depending on your location.
- You will receive an email with your tracking number once the order is dispatched.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) – For Physical Products
- COD option will be available on eligible products and locations.
- Additional COD charges may apply and will be displayed at checkout.
4. Delays & Exceptions
- Shipping times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier delays, strikes, natural calamities, or public holidays.
