Digital Products & Webinars
- All registrations for online webinars, workshops, and digital resources (such as PDFs, guides, recordings) are non-refundable once payment is completed.
- Since these are digital services, we cannot process returns or exchanges.
Event Cancellation / Rescheduling
- If we cancel or reschedule a webinar due to technical or unavoidable reasons, you will receive:
- Full refund, OR
- Free transfer of your ticket to the rescheduled date / next webinar.
Duplicate Payments
- If you are accidentally charged twice for the same registration, the extra amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Refund Exceptions
Refunds may be considered in special cases such as:
- Transaction failure but amount deducted.
- Wrong payment credited due to technical errors.
